Mac Condill will be a guest on the vegetable-gardening radio program on the “St Louis on the Air” station KWMU-FM (90.7) airing Tuesday, March 17th from 11:00am to noon, along with another guest, organic farmer Brian Palmier. This hour-long radio chat will focus on the increasing interest of vegetable gardening among home gardeners: what seed varieties to choose, when to plant, how to mulch and much, much more . . . basically, taking the process all the way from the ground to the table! Both guests will briefly mention their agricultural backgrounds including speaking appearances and world travels, as well as answer phone-in questions from listeners [314-382-TALK(8255) or email talk@kwmu.org]. Both of these gentlemen are part of St Louis’ Bowood Farms’Young Farmers series that “gives the next generation of organic and heirloom vegetable growers the opportunity to pass their knowledge on to others.” Be sure to listen in! And see Mac as he Tells All live at Bowood Farms on Saturday, March 28th from 2:00-4:00pm!
